Thanks for visiting my new blog site. My primary area of expertise is with desktop virtualization and that is where I have been focusing my efforts for three of the last 10 years I spent working at Citrix. Since Citrix XenDesktop is hypervisor agnostic, (well, when it comes to the top three), I have a fair amount of experience using server virtualization technologies like XenServer, VMWare and Microsoft.  I have been involved with Citrix technologies for some time now, dating back to the early 1990’s with WinFrame.

The purpose of this site is to advance the adoption of virtualization technologies by providing information that will help the community. As an independent consultant, I have opportunities to solve virtualization challenges on each new project. Some of these challenges I suspect many others are also facing, so why not share the wealth, (or the pain if I cannot solve it), with the community so we can all benefit.

Whether you find the blogs I post to be controversial or you agree with them, I invite you to comment on the views so that we as a community can have a open and clean discussion about virtualization technologies. Feel free to follow me on Twitter if you want to know what I am thinking.
